This Tuesday 29/10, we invite you to attend our next business workshop that will focus on competition compliance for SMME’s.

Avias Ngwenya, Principal Economist at the law firm NortonsInc, will untangle the S.A. Competition Act and demonstrates how it is promoting the growth of small/medium-sized companies.

Topics that will be addressed:

  • Cartel conduct
  • Abuse of dominance provisions and how they can protect small businesses
  • Role of exemption applications and how they can benefit SME’s
  • Mergers & acquisitions: why mergers matter and why owners of SME’s should engage with the Competition Commission

We will invite several SME’s that will give us testimonies about how they have benefited from these regulations.
