A couple of weeks after the AGM elections, let us reveal our new team to start this new chapter for the Belgian Chamber in Cape Town.
Lies is our member liaison attache, she will be your point of contact to activate your benefits. She will take note of your requests, new products, your events, company information and relay them to the team.
Claudine, is employed by the Chamber in Johannesburg and will be our guardian angel. She is running the back office and the admin. Making sure that a paid member receives the benefits they deserves.
Simon Van Laar
Simon, will be running the social media and will be responsible for advertising your company, your events, your products. By improving and monitoring all what you would like to share he can assist you into it.
Jeff, will help on the IT side making sure the website reflects what you deserve including the blog articles and newsletter correctly dispatched to your mailbox.
Julie, will be running the business events making sure they interest you and your company. The emphasis will be in having those events in partnerships with other organizations. An extra opportunity for you to network outside the regular Belgian team
Dimitri, will start hosting our new concept “Business Lunch” at the Belgian Residency. A lunch where BCCSA Gold members can invite 5 to 8 invitees around a specific industry giving each member an opportunity to widen its vision of the country.
Gino will continue organizing “A Taste of Belgium”. Our yearly Food & Drink market where BCCSA members can display and sell their products. We can already mention you that this year edition will take place at the “Belgian Residency” in Newlands around the Belgian celebration weekend of 15th November 2019. So Save the date already in your agenda 😉
Dirk will give the 2nd Belgian Tuesday of the month a new fresh character and vision. Officialism this event today becomes a “Social drink with real business opportunities.”
Karl, our Belgian consul, is taking part to our all meetings, relaying our information to the Belgian community and the diplomatic information to the Chamber.
