On Wednesday 3 July, we organised our 1st Belgian Food and Beer experience at The Landmark, the Café del Sol Botanico’s restaurant adjoining bar.

We ate Mussels&Chips or Belgian stew/Stoofvlees/Carbonnades & Chips, Dame Blanche and drank various authentic Belgian beers, such as Tripel Karmeliet, La Chouffe, Chimay, Rodenbach and more!!

It was an evening of good food, great beers and awesome company…. To be repeated very soon!

  1. Is it possible to get an answer to a question about the menu. Has the Stew got any port products in it, and is there cream in the Mussel dish? Many thanks

    1. Good morning.
The stew is made with Belgian beer and there should be no cream in the mussel dish. I will check with the restaurant and will get back you soonest.
      Regards,
      Claudine
